Mixing potions with poison
31st March 2020

While originally designed for young Wizards, our magical potions, it has been discovered, mix amazingly well with poison that the non-magical call alcohol.

The potions are all sugar-free and very lightly carbonated, and with their magical shimmery effect make the perfect cocktail mixers.

TO MAKE THE DRINKS LISTED BELOW, PLEASE ORDER OUR POISON & POTIONS BOX

If you would like a copy of these for later use, then please join our mailing list here and we will email a link to download, for you to keep.

Here are our favoured mixing recommendations, but we would love to hear what you have tried on our social media.  All potion bottles should be chilled in a fridge before making the following drinks:

BASILISK BLOOD-POISONING

Perform the potion spell on a bottle of Basilisk Blood (turn upside down and rotate three times, then tap the lid five times). Add one phial of Mysterirum and three small ice cubes to a Highball glass, and add the Basilisk Blood. Garnish with a sliced strawberry.

SERPENTS VENOM BITE

Perform the potions spell on a bottle of Serpents Venom. Pour one measure of Whizardky into a whisky tumbler, add half the bottle of Serpents Venom. Use a stirring stick to keep the magic alive.

BOTANICAL UNICORN ESSENCE

Fill the bottom quarter of a large round brandy or globe glass with crushed ice. Take the potion spell ready Unicorn Essence and mix with Witches’ Gin into the glass over the ice. Add a short bar straw to drink or mix.

SQUINTING TEARS OF A WIZARD

Use a melon baller to make a small Malteser size ball of white vanilla ice cream, add to bottom of a large cocktail or margarita glass. Add one full phial of vodkamort. Now fill the glass with potion spell mixed Tears of a Wizard. Use small bar straw to drink.
